Facing various issues and challenges in conducting overseas technical internship programs, e.g. desertion of interns, asymmetric information about performance of accepting organizations (AO), disparity of individual performance among interns, and potential new competitions in the era of ASEAN Economic Community, AP2LN embodied a shared belief among Indonesia providers of technical internship abroad program; it is time to :
“build synergistic cooperation’s in advancing the quality of pre-internship preparatory trainings conducted in Indonesia as well as the quality of the Indonesian intern itself”
