Konnichiwa! Perkenalkan nama aku Melati Ayu, biasa dipanggil Mela. Kalau di Jepang, namaku dipanggil menjadi Mera. Aku mengikuti program Ginoujisshusei dengan masa kontrak 1 tahun di bawah naungan LPK Asta Karya, Tebet, Jakarta. Sebelum magang ke Jepang, aku bekerja di salah satu di DMC Travel Agency di Indonesia dan circle di sekitarku mulai bertanya: “Kenapa ikut program magang ke Jepang?”

Dorongan terbesarku ikut magang ke Jepang adalah karena impianku sejak dulu untuk bisa tinggal dan mendapatkan pengalaman bagaimana hidup di luar negeri. Selain itu, aku juga ingin eksplore pariwisata Jepang dan mengenali karakter serta kehidupan local Jepang seperti apa. Hal ini karena berkaitan dengan keinginan untuk bisa memiliki bisnis sendiri sebagai Tour Leader yang membawa tamu Indonesia liburan ke Jepang atau tamu Jepang liburan ke Indonesia kelak.

Pada saat di Jepang, aku bekerja di sebuah Pabrik Produksi Mie di kota kecil namun nyaman bernama Tatsuno-shi. Jaraknya sekitar 1.5 jam dari Kobe naik kereta. Di perusahaan tersebut aku di tempatkan dalam Department Reitoumen, tugas dan tanggung jawabku selama bekerja adalah menjadi operator saat produksi Mie dan melakukan packaging. Pada saat hari pertama aku kerja di Jepang, jujur, aku sedikit gelisah. Takut bagaimana kalau aku tidak paham? Takut apakah aku bisa bersosialisasi dengan rekan kerja di Jepang? Dan yang paling deg-degan apakah aku bisa berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan Bahasa Jepang? Tapi ternyata kekhawatiran dan kegelisahan itu sirna. Senpai-tachi sangat membantu dan memberikan arahan sejak hari pertama kerja. Memberikan contoh serta membimbing dengan sabar. Dan dengan berjalannya waktu aku pun menjadi memiliki teman-teman baru di Jepang baik orang Jepang maupun orang Indonesia juga.

Ketika di Jepang, aku tidak hanya belajar mengenai kerjaan di perusahaan saja atau belajar tentang kehidupan Jepang. Namun aku juga belajar hidup lebih mandiri dan teratur, belajar mengelola keuangan dan belajar pola prioritas dalam hidup. Dan sesuai dengan tujuanku di awal, ketika libur aku eksplore tempat pariwisata Jepang. Aku pun juga mendapat kesempatan untuk menjadi Tour Guide saat liburan akhir tahun membawa 13 orang tamu dari Indonesia liburan ke Jepang.

Saat ini aku sudah kembali ke Indonesia. Rencana ingin memiliki usaha di bidang pariwisata terpaksa tertunda dikarenakan adanya pandemi yang terjadi di dunia. Namun, aku tidak berdiam diri saja. Dengan modal yang aku kumpulkan ketika magang di Jepang, saat ini aku membuka usaha di bidang kuliner. Aku jualan Ayam Rica Manado dan nama brand ku adalah “WOKU WOKU SOLO”. Selain bisa dibeli melalui Go-Food, aku juga melayani pembelian ke luar kota seperti: Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi dan bahkan sampai Bali. Di samping itu aku juga aktif membuat content di YouTube Channel mengenai Magang di Jepang supaya bisa menjadi referensi bagi teman-teman yang mau magang ke Jepang.

Bersyukur sekali karena dengan mengikuti program magang ke Jepang, aku bisa menambah wawasan dan pengalaman baru. Menjadi pribadi yang kuat dan menumbuhkan jiwa entrepreneur. Salam sukses selalu!

This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..”, comes from a line in section 1.10.32.
